Oftewel, je bent voor Bush of tegen Bush? Ik vul deze poll niet in. Geen enkel weldenkend mens is voor Saddam Hussein en aangezien ik ook niet voor de oorlog ben, zit er geen antwoord voor mij bij.

Je kunt geen discussie voeren op basis van onuitgesproken motieven. De vraag is of de motieven die Bush en Blair noemen, deze oorlog rechtvaardigen. Dat er ook andere motieven kunnen meespelen is een open deur.
Want dan ken ik er ook wel een: Chirac is tegen de oorlog omdat die vorig jaar een vet oliecontract met Hussein heeft afgesloten, Poetin is tegen omdat hij bang is dat hij straks ook in Tsjetsjenie niet langer zijn eigen gang kan gaan, Schroder is tegen omdat hij anders ruzie krijgt met de groenen in zijn regering.

Wat een vreselijke kortzichtige typering van Blair Rens.
Blair is een man met een ideaal! Hij gaat liever politiek ten onder dan dat hij tegen zijn ideaal in gaat!

Je kan blair absoluut niet met een schoothondje vergelijken! Dat is triest en doet hem volledig tekort!

Het lijkt wel of sommige mensen willen zeggen dat je twee opties hebt: "Of je denkt zelf na en je bent tegen" of "je loopt achter bush aan en je bent voor"

Wat een bizarre situatie! Het komt hier op neer: "Iedereen die vrij kan denken moet het met ons eens zijn"

Ik heb een groot respect voor Blair.
En ik sta achter Bush. Volledig.
