I think that it's hardly possible not to have favourite preachers, and preachers that are less favourite. Even if two preachers present the same Gospel, the same message, one may be easier to hear, appeal more, or be less boring than the other. It's a fact.

On the other hand, even if one has favourites among preachers, what is the use of discussing them? What if we agree that rev. Jones is better than rev. Simpson? Should we all attend rev. Jones' services? This topic seems to only lead to "I belong to .....'s preachings", instead of "I belong to Christ".

And that would be a bad thing. :fi
